We are a global conscious community with a mission to cultivate conscious, sustainable community spaces and leadership. Through spiritual, social, economic and environmental advocacy, we educate and empower individuals and leaders who intend to serve their communities well.

Our partnership roster is selective and intentional. An invitation to partner with us is based on several important factors. Our partners are willing to be involved, meet regularly with our team and to be of service socially, environmentally, and spiritually on a global scale. They are fiscally committed to the vision and alignment of equality, inclusion, and prosperity as well as sharing a passionate desire to shift the "nonprofit narrative" from desperation into full abundance for all.
We partner with existing nonprofits to increase their effectiveness in leadership through our trainings and recognition. Impact partnerships are selected by application and held in 3-year terms with partners who align with our vision for a global community of healing and sustainability.

IAOMAI Global Co-Founders, Misti Dian and her husband, Jason Krupek, are co-executive producers of the award-winning feature documentary END OF THE LINE: THE WOMEN OF STANDING ROCK (USA/Finland 2021, dir. Shannon Kring). The film captures history in the making, as a small group of indigenous women establish a peaceful camp in protest of the $3.8 billion oil pipeline construction that threatens their land, water, and existence. It is currently airing on Peacock, NBCUniversal’s streaming service.
